Welcome to week 12.
Did you know that some things you do today, may have an effect that will not be visible until years later? The first thing that comes to mind is raising children.
The seeds of today are your children. What you teach them, what values you instil in them, etc.
The flowers of tomorrow are your children as adults. What happens in the life of a child may influence their development in some way, shape or form, but it’s not until they grow up and become adults do we truly see the people they have become.
There are many other examples for this quote. What comes to mind for you?
This week I challenge you to start your journal pages off with collage of flowers. Why not try using a bright happy colour?
You can see Dani Chaote’s take on this quote in her free mixed media tutorial here.
If you have any suggestions on how you would like to see this challenge develop, please don’t hesitate to let me know either by commenting on this post or emailing me at admin@luluart.com.au.
