Today I have an altered Tim Holtz Worn Book Cover to share with you. I have to admit, I have a little addiction to these things, and they are perfect teamed with a couple of packs of Tag Page pockets to keep a tag journal of all the tags I make.
This time I’ve altered it with some of my favourite Distress colours, using Distress Paints, Distress Markers, old book pages and some tissue wrap, and tape. The Distress lines blend and work together so well, and are a pleasure to use, If you haven’t had a play with the Distress Paints, you really should have a go, they do some amazing things when spritzed with water before they are dry as well, and of course seeing that the range includes the whole pallet of colours we’ve come to know and love with Distress Inks, there is sure to be a colour or two to suit everyone, wether you love more vintage grungy tones or gorgeous bright vibrant colours.
